How to get an itemized bill from

Atrium Health Cleveland

An itemized bill shows you every good or service, when it happened, what it is, the very important associated billing codes, and the amount.

How to request the bill

This office is now closed. Hours are:
Monday — Friday, 8 am - 4 pm Pacific.
Make sure you have the following info handy:
Your hospital bill
Your Responsible Person Number

1. Call Patient Customer Service at (704) 512-7171.

  1. Press 1 to use Express Service.
  2. Enter your Responsible Person Number, including the leading zeros, followed by the # key.
  3. Specify the date(s) of service you want an itemized statement for.
  4. When asked how you want to receive the bill, choose by email.

How to actually get the bill after you request it

  1. Go to your email inbox.
  2. Find the email from an email address ending in @atriumhealth.org.
  3. Download the PDF.
